Each birth during a Woman’s life is inherently transformative and powerful, requiring an immense amount of support from your Partner, your family, friends, doula as well as your Care Provider. These people will form your birth team and will play a huge role in helping you feel protected and loved – two key aspects of a safe and positive birth experience.

Join the Mothers Circle every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Salmon Arm Regional Library from 10am to 12pm. A safe, supportive space to share all the challenges, joys, and surprises that come with welcoming a new baby!
