- Class 2: Early Labour — The Beginning Unfolds
Learn the signs that birth is drawing near and how your hormones guide the process.
We’ll talk about the almighty cervix, early labour rhythms, and how to stay calm and grounded. Gentle movement and breath become your allies.
- Class 3: Active Labour — Riding the Waves
Discover how to move with labour, not fight against it.
We’ll explore breath, rhythm, and presence — how to release fear and work with your body’s wisdom. Positions, touch, and affirmations your partner can use to keep you anchored in trust.
- Class 4: Transition & Pushing — Opening to Life
Understand what’s happening as birth reaches its peak.
We’ll talk about the second and third stages — the art of pushing, the cardinal movements, and the sacred moment of meeting your baby. Birth as both biology and becoming.
- Class 5: Medical Management — The Informed Path
Knowledge is power. We’ll explore interventions, inductions, cesarean birth, and VBAC — helping you feel informed and centered, whatever path birth takes.
Creating a birth plan that reflects your values and your voice to your medical team.
- Class 6: Postpartum — Rooted in Recovery
The fourth trimester is where body and heart find their new balance.
We’ll cover normalcies of newborn babies, physical healing, breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional wellness — with guidance for babywearing, sleep, and self-care woven throughout. A rooted recovery for a gentle beginning.
